Somatic-Breath-Pranayama-A

Somatic Breath & Pranayama
What frees the breath to move naturally, without effort, is also what frees the mind. Insightful attention gives focus to systems that sustain natural breath – fascia, 4 diaphragms, craniosacral, and visceral, along sensation awareness and inversions.  Includes 30 minutes of exploration of the topic of the month, followed by 45 minutes of practice, and 15 minutes of Q&A – or, this 30-minute weekly class, where we will explore through discussion and practice.   Learn the anatomy of pranayama – positioning of skin, muscles, bone, and fascia.
