Gloria Gonzalez is founder and CCO of Eight Elements West, an Institute for Somatic Education and Integrative Wellness in La Jolla, California established in 1985. Gloria’s work with clients aligns whole person wellness to transform the inner mind, heart, and physical body. This full approach to healing developmental, traumatic and accumulated stress aligns the self to re-establish a future with greater purpose, relationship and empowerment.
Alternative healing modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Iyengar yoga, and Nia to involve both bottom-up and top-down awareness.  Gloria assists executives and leaders in moving to higher levels of functioning by addressing relational stress as it relates to developmental disruption and early environmental failures (leader defined: managers, executives, moms, dads, husbands, wives … those in charge of self and the lives of others).
