Firmen is a 23 year veteran in the fitness industry. He is a Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC II) Instructor and Strength Coach, a Certified Pilates Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. He has 20 years experience in the martial arts including black belts in Yoshukai karate and aikido, and belts in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His private clients are inspired by creative workouts that incorporate cross-training from his diverse areas of expertise.
