Learn the technique that makes the Nia a movement art practice that leads to greater awareness of being in your own body.  In just 10 minutes during regular Nia class we’ll clarify movement technique with these Nia principles:

. 52 moves – Base of the Body, Core, Upper Extremities
. 5 sensations – FAMSS – flexibility, agility, mobility, stability, strength
. 9 movement forms – Tai chi, Tae kwon do, Aikido, Jazz, Modern, Duncan, Alexander, Feldenkrais, Yoga
. Freedance
