Thai Therapy

This 2,500 year old restorative tradition combines yoga therapy, Ayurvedic medicine and acupressure. Through abdominal work and meridian balancing, Thai Therapy has a healing effect on the organs and glands to strengthen your body’s metabolism and health.

Thai Stretch

Thai Stretch is a modification of Thai Therapy that incorporates Hatha Yoga and Acupressure used to lengthen muscles while increasing the range of motion in the joints.

For Your Session

In this Lazy Man’s Yoga, you are on a mat on the floor, and no oils or lotions are used. Wear loose fitting clothing. The practitioner uses their body weight to activate sensory receptors in the muscles that send muscle lengthening signals to the brain. Additionally, the practitioner works with the origin and insertion points of deeper muscles that basic stretching and yoga cannot access. The first session is a “get to know your body” session, therefore, for the efficiency of the work, it’s best to begin with 3 sessions, depending on your particular objective.
