Somatic Experiencing
SE helps to complete unresolved physical and emotional symptoms associated with stress or trauma. Tapping into perceived body sensations, clients are guided to “titrate” between the bound energy of stress and trauma, and the awareness of new “inner resources”. It is this titration that safely and gradually discharges the built up and frozen energy allowing the client’s body to return to a regulated state. Through this process the nervous system regains the inherent capacity of self-regulation. Release old patterns, procrastination and fear, and restore the ability to live life to its fullest.
